VCUPD Community Oversight & Advisory Committee
The VCUPD Community Oversight and Advisory Committee (COAC) serves the VCU and surrounding communities by gathering knowledge, reviewing the use of force incidents and VCUPD policies, providing an alternate channel for the community to submit complaints related to VCUPD officers, administrators, or policies, and engaging with the VCU community on these topics.
